Program
The Capital City Chamber Ambassador Program plays a vital role in strengthening connections between the Chamber and its members. Ambassadors serve as volunteer representatives, acting as liaisons to enhance member engagement, visibility, and overall experience within the Chamber.
The primary focus of the Ambassador Program is both recruitment of new members and retention of existing members, ensuring a strong, connected, and growing business community.

Key Components & Goals of the Ambassador Program
Goodwill Calls
Ambassadors conduct outreach to new and existing members, helping create a positive experience while gaining insight into member needs and opportunities for engagement.
Welcome Bag Deliveries
Ambassadors assist in welcoming new members by delivering welcome materials and introducing them to the benefits, programs, and opportunities available through the Chamber.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Ambassadors serve as connectors within the business community, sharing information about Chamber events, initiatives, and opportunities while strengthening relationships with members.
Program & Event Support
Ambassadors actively participate in Chamber programs, including ribbon cuttings, networking events, and signature initiatives, helping ensure successful and well-attended events.
Ambassador Eligibility & Investment
- Must be a current member of the Capital City Chamber of Commerce or an employee of a member organization
- Individuals who are not members must join the Chamber to participate in the Ambassador Program
- Annual Ambassador Dues: $85
- Official Ambassador Jacket: $115
